Q: Can Forms Expert build html forms for me?

A: No. Forms Expert is to create processing scripts for already created HTML forms. There are a lot of form builders (Dreamweaver, Microsoft FrontPage etc) that can do that for you, so that's why we are not trying to duplicate their functionality, but we are extending it.
